Calendars
Connecting a calendar keeps your schedule honest: appointments Cedri books appear in a calendar called Cedri in your Google Calendar, or in your Outlook calendar, and events on your main calendar block off availability so the AI never double-books. With Google, only your main calendar blocks time: an event you add or move in the Cedri calendar blocks nothing and does not move the booking. Connect it in a few clicks from Settings → Integrations. One caveat for Outlook while our app review with Microsoft is in progress: you will see an “unverified app” notice on the consent screen, and seats are limited. That is what we mean when we say calendar sync is in beta.
Google Calendar and Outlook
Bookings go out to Google Calendar or Outlook / Microsoft 365, and your busy times come back. Pick either one in Settings → Integrations and approve access.
Nothing gets double-booked
Events on your main calendar close the slot before the AI can offer it. With Google, every booking it takes lands in a calendar called Cedri, right beside your own.

SMS confirmations
The caller gets a confirmation text when the booking is made and a reminder the day before. They can reply 2 to cancel. You get a text with their number and a short summary after every call.
